Write down your password at a secret place and destroy it after you memorize it
You can change the fields by checking/un-checking the
fields and change the type of information you want to collect during list
signup. These fields will also be used while importing a list.
TIPS
- Do not ask for too many fields to be filled up. A long signup
page generally does not encourage people from signing up.
- To personalize each message or target your messages do not
make City, State, Country, Sex and Age optional. Best fields to make optional
are, phone, fax, Title and such
Optional: Questions marked "Optional" will be
displayed on the list sign-up form and are not required to be filled out in
order to submit the form. These fields will also be displayed on the
unsubscribe/change profile page and your targeting page.

content and such. Customize the look and feel of the pages.
How does a web form work here?
There might be a possibility that a user who had already
registered might try to register again. In such a case the web form will tell
him the message that he/she has already subscribed. New subscriber would not
see any message.

Save:To save the new template click on the save button and automatically
preview the template.
Here you can personalize the mail that is sent to
subscribers.
If you wish to personalize attention line, type Dear, move
the cursor to the attention line (after dear) and select First Name from
dropdown menu. If the recipient is "Smith" he/she would receive it as Dear
Smith and so on
The sample letter is given. You can make the necessary
changes to suit your requirement.
Export your address book from
Outlook Express

Open Outlook Express.

Select "Export" from the File menu.

From the Export menu, select "Address Book."

Select the file type "Text File (Comma Separated Values)."

Click the "Export" button.

Enter a file location where the file will be saved and give a name for the file
(file name should end in ".csv").

Click the "Next" button.

Check Name, E-Mail Address fields to export. (We recommended checking all
boxes.) .

Click "Finish" to export the data to the Comma Separated Values (.csv) file at
the location you specified.
Next, import that file into your
EZlistmailer

Login to your account in EZlistmailer.com

Click on the "Import List Contact" link from the your administration control
panel and import the .csv file from that location.
Note: If you are importing data
from a .csv file, we recommend you edit the .csv file in a program like
Microsoft Excel and change the field names to match EZlistmailer's field names
exactly as shown below. Be sure to save your file as a .csv file before
importing it into your EZlistmailer contact list.
