find out how to Create and Mange your mailing lists, design and
send mails, view responses in the form of reports, effectively
manage your space and change management with EZlistmailer.com.
Our intention with this manual is that you should derive maximum
benefit from our mail management application.
Manage Lists
Here we begin from the essentials. This section throws light
upon creating mailing lists, and editing them if required.
Creating List
- Name your list in the ‘ Name of the List ' field depending on the type of mailers you intend to send. For example Monthly Newsletter List or Product Promotion List. Please keep in mind that the system does not recognize special characters like “',? etc. as list names.
- E-mail addresses can be added to this list that has been created in two ways.
- The list can be left Empty for now and populated later by clicking on the Submit button directly.
- (OR)
- The List can be provided the complete list of target e-mail addresses before clicking on the Submit button.
- To add e-mail addresses to a list, give the path of the .CSV file in the 'List Contacts File' or Browse and select the .CSV file containing the e-mail addresses. The .CSV file should contain the basic values First Name, Last Name and E-mail Address. The rest of the values are optional.
Here you can
- View the list - click on the view link
- Rename the list - click on the rename
link
- Delete the list - click on the delete link (the whole list
would be deleted)
View list contact page
Here you can edit member details, delete individual
members, move individual members to another contact list and copy
individual members to another contact list.
Selected List:
This is the list you have selected. If you have selected the wrong
list you can just select another list from the dropdown menu without
going to the manage lists page.
Edit:
Click on the edit link that is on the right side of every user
and edit the details wherever you want.
Delete Selected: To delete member(s), select the member (s) by checking
the box(es) on the left of every member and then click on Delete
Selected.
Move Selected:
To move member(s) to another list,
- Select the member (s) by checking the
box(es) on the left of every member
- Select the contact list name from the
dropdown menu to where you want to move the members
- Click on the "Move Selected" button
Note: When you move members, the members would
be removed from this list and added to another list
Copy Selected:
To copy member(s) to another list,
- Select the member (s) by checking the
box(es) on the left of every member
- Select the contact list menu from the
dropdown menu to where you want to copy the members
- Click on the Copy Selected to button
Note: When you copy members, the members would
be added to another list. They will not be removed from this list.
Edit Contact Details
Page
To edit the contact details move to the necessary
fields, delete the existing details and enter new details
Submit: To
save changes click on the Submit button
Note: you can change
the details any number of times depending upon the requirement
Import List Contacts
Name of the List:
From the Dropdown menu, select the list name to which you
want to import the .csv
file
List Contacts File:
Give the path of the .csv file or
Browse: Browse
and select the .csv file where the e-mail addresses are stored.
The file should contain basic values - First Name, Last Name and
E-mail address. The rest of the values are optional.
Submit: Click "submit" and the list is created for your use.
Subscribers List
This page functions the same as your address
list in your mailbox. The details of online subscribers can be
viewed in this page. You cannot edit the details, as the subscribers
themselves give those details. However, you can delete the subscribers.
Delete Selected: To delete member(s), select the member (s) by checking
the
box(es) on the left of every member and then click on Delete Selected.
Download List
Select the contact list and download it on to
your desktop.
