1. Can I use a purchased list?
No. You can get only opt-in list. Your account would be terminated without refund if e-mails are sent to a purchased list.
2. Can I manage my list on my server?
EZlistmailer.com does not allow you to manage your own list because of our earlier problems. Subscribers who unsubscribed were added again and sent mails. This gave us many Spam problems.
3. Can I send attachments with mails?
We understand that with good attachments you make a good impact. It might also create adverse affects, if that attachment carries virus. For this serious reason, EZlistmailer.com does not allow attachments with mails. It might work better if you can send a link to the attachment and ask the recipient to view it by clicking on the link.
4. What kind of and how many fields can I have for my contact list?
- Generic Fields – First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address – Compulsory Fields - 03
- Address Information Fields – Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Country, Zip/Pin Code – Optional Fields - 06
- Demographic and Other Information Fields – Title, Company, Phone, Fax, Sex, Age – Optional Fields – 06
A total of 15 fields of which three are compulsory fields
5. Can the recipients of mailers sent through www.EZlistmailer.com choose whether to receive these mailers or not?
Yes they can if a Subscribe/Unsubscribe link is provided in the mailers that are sent out to them.
6. Can I track my mails?
Yes, you can track e-mails sent, undeliverables, unsubscribes, e-mail opens and click-throughs and user responses for each individual link in the mail.
7. What happens to undeliverable mails?
Such mail addresses are automatically removed after 5 successive non-deliveries.
