EZlistmailer.com’s Spam Policy

Label Spam is unsolicited e-mail also known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail.) EZlistmailer.com is built in such a way that you can send e-mails only to those who have requested to receive them. We follow accepted permission-based e-mail guidelines to the level of Zero tolerance.

Any messages sent to users who did not request to be on your lists, whether purchased or otherwise obtained without the recipients consent, will be deemed as "Spam" and may result in termination of your account without refund and legal action, including the pursuit of damages, against you for violating this "No Spam" policy.

All e-mails sent from an EZlistmailer.com account include a link to unsubscribe from the list that originated the message. You can simply click on that link to view the information that is collected about you including the date and time that you signed up (or when the list owner uploaded your name from their existing list). That link also has an "Unsubscribe" button that you can click on to be removed from that list. Those individuals who try to remove this link will be warned that they are doing so. If the link is removed or de-activated in any way, EZlistmailer.com terminates the customer's account while we investigate.

EZlistmailer.com’s customer support actively monitors large import lists and e-mails going to a huge number of subscribers. Accounts can be terminated without a cause notice within 3 business-days. Any account we suspect of conducting Spam will be immediately terminated from use of the product while we investigate accusations. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately.

To report any abuse or violations of the EZlistmailer.com service please send e-mail to abuse@ezlistmailer.com and attach an unedited copy that you feel was sent to you in error or without your permission. Include all message header information so that we can trace origin of the message. Also include any notes or other information that you feel are pertinent. All list users must agree to and abide by Accepted Terms of USE
